QA/QC Introduction

1. Producing process: Meiyi comply with the step of PDCA strictly to control the operator, machine and material during all the process of manufacturing to assure the quality of product. We control the whole production process carefully from choosing the supplier and the raw material to checking the finished product. Unqualified material can¡¯t be used in our factory; un-tested material can¡¯t be entered in storehouse; and unqualified product can¡¯t be out of our manufactory. We carry out the ISO9001 through product manufacturing.

2. QA and QC:
Meiyi pays much attention to the training of quality awareness and aims to give all staff a good understanding of it.
All staff act up to the operation manual strictly during work. The QC Department control production processes to ensure product quality according to the requirements of GMP and HACCP.            
Advanced laboratory analyzing and testing instruments including GC, GC-MS, Head Space Analyzer, Automated Sample Testing Instrument, Electronic Density Instrument, Digital Refractometer and flash point meter are used.
